An event every week that begins at 7:30 am on Monday and Wednesday, repeating indefinitely
Morning meditation & a shared morning cuppa to kick-start your day in the right kinda way.
If you’d like to combine the power of group meditation while getting to know some lovely ladies, come and join us.
We’ll start with a brief, ‘hello’, slip into a silent, 20 minute meditation and afterwards, share some time chatting on life n’ love and our plans for the day.
